Google Got Sued

I just watched CNN on Campbell Brown show and they said that some bloggers wrote something bad about this model and that this model want those things gone in the search engine, I forgot this model's name but she did hit google for it and she sued them, then the blogger's identity was revealed, I think they are now having a law for the online thing, it just ruined the freedom of speech for blogger.

Maybe this model got offended on the blog and over acting on what she reads, I hope she won't get sued herself in a way or another someday and I hope bloggers and google will learn from this experienced, anyway, if you read something offensive on anybodys blog just report or flag what you read and it's gone, simple as that.
